The plane landed in Abu Dhabi after a super fast flight. After landing I searched for Tamika and we both debarked the plane. As we walked into the terminal we were soooo happy we had a young lady holding up a sign with both of our names. Whew! Someone was actually there to collect us! One worry down.
Our driver took us to our new hotel apartment (for the time being), the Murjan Asfar Hotel Apartments. It was almost midnight when we checked in. After sorting out our luggage, we traveled up in the elevator to our awaiting rooms. My room turned out to be a studio apartment. Along with a private bathroom, I have a kitchen-ette, a queen sized bed, HD TV, and a small table/seating area. After the bellman set my luggage within my room and left, I closed the door and exhaled. I had been holding my breath for a long time! I cannot believe this is actually happening. I am in Abu Dhabi.
